This four-in-one solution treats acne, prevents acne, kills acne-causing bacteria, and improves skin texture. Formulated with 10% benzoyl peroxide, the strongest OTC concentration without a prescription, and glycerin to minimize dryness, it immediately targets acne-causing bacteria and effectively prevents imperfections. This multi-action pimple cream clears and treats acne, whiteheads, blackheads, and clogged pores, visibly reducing size and redness after first use. Directions

Directions Sensitivity Test for a New User. Apply product sparingly to one or two small affected areas during the first 3 days. If no discomfort occurs, follow the directions stated below, clean the skin thoroughly before applying this product, cover the entire affected area with a thin layer one to three times daily, because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two or three times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor, if bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day, if going outside, apply sunscreen after using this product. If irritation or sensitivity develops, stop use of both products and ask a doctor

    I LOVE this cream! I get pimples here and there, and I can always rely on this cream for them to be gone in 2-3 days. I put a thick layer on each pimple at night, and if I’m trying to get it down faster, I apply in the morning as well before my lotion.     Works wonders on cystic acne

    This product has helped so much with my hormonal acne on my face and back. It clears it up and reduces redness and inflammation within a day. The only thing is it is drying to the skin, but it's to be expected. I just focus on moisturizing while using this product.

    The first time I used this it caused a lot of irritation on my face, however I did try it again and used it much more sparingly and had great results. A little goes a LONG way, so start with a small (pea size) amount and be sure to moisturize after (the CeraVe Intensive Cream saved me). It still causes dryness and some redness where I apply, but it definitely reduces the pimple (quickly!!) and can be paired with a good moisturizer to minimize this effect.

    Helps get acne smaller and less red

    I've been using this for a few days now and I think it is helping. I've paired it with panoxyl face wash for a new routine in hopes of finally cleaning my stubborn acne. My face is less bumpy and my acne spots are smaller but they are still there. I'm going to stick with it because I do see a difference and I know it can takes while. Redness is the same, maybe a little less. It is a little drying from the combo of acne wash and this cream but not too bad.

    Reduced spots so quick!

But wow, this stuff is actually magic. I put it on a stubborn spot at night and literally by the next morning it was way smaller and way less red. The texture is a little thick but it doesn’t feel gross or sticky, and it dries down nicely so I can put my moisturizer over it without any weird feeling. I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks now and my breakout spots don’t last nearly as long, which is honestly life changing. This is officially my go to “emergency zit zapper” and I tell anyone with annoying pimples to give it a try because it actually works.

    Holy Cow this stuff works! I have been having a hard time getting rid of acne and nothing was seem to get rid of it. I did some research and found this stuff and thought I would give it a try! Day one I noticed a difference, day I went to put more on before bed and could barely see my acne. I am very pleased and will be using/buying again!! It does leave some white residue like past reviews say, but comes off very easily with a baby wipe. Only thing I didn't like, was that in came in a big box for a small tube, waste of space and packaging, but my only complaint
