    Leaked in 12 hours.

    I was really excited about this cooler because it seemed more environmentally friendly than the hard plastic ones. The first time I used it I had ice in it for about 12 hours it leaked through all the layers. There were no tears in the membrane and it still had ice, but the melted ice soaked through. I gave it 1 star because I love the idea of it being collapsible and using recycled plastic, but it simply did not do what it should do.

    Good concept ... seems made well enough. BUT no one around here can make heads nor tales of the instructions for folding it up. Too bad, because without the ability to do that, it's very bulky to store when not in use.

    Wonderful cooler for traveling.

    Very nice cooler for travel. Love that it collapses to pack in checked luggage when flying. Holds ice well for soft side cooler. Has not leaked. Bottle opener is handy. Only 2 things that were a little negative were… can’t grab it by the sides or the braces collapse. Have to carry by handles/straps. Also the zipper we have is a little tight and doesn’t glide as well on one of the corners. But otherwise it is a very nice cooler. Our daughter’s family flys a lot with theirs and loves it as well

    Amazing cooler

    I travel a good amount and basically live out of my car during the week, this item has been amazing. Keeps my beer and water cold all day and when I’m not using it, is very easy to store in my car without taking up much space!

    Loving my new Ice Bag

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy with this product, the design is phenomenal and the straps are sturdy as well as hardware. If I could give one piece of advise you can add a mesh pocket on the inside where we can put a frozen block to keep the medicine cool. My husband uses insulin and we always are looking for a way to keep it cool without floating in the ice chest. Love the color

    I love this product. I especially like the collapse-ability feature which is great because I have a small storage area where I live. The color choices are beautiful and the cooler is very stylish. The choice of two sizes is also great, as I do not need a large holder. Definitely a Clever and very useful product!

    Great cooler

    I love the flexibility of this cooler. It’s pretty large, and folds nice for storage purposes. The reason I gave it a four out of five stars, it’s because we took it with us to a theme park yesterday packed it with lunches, multiple ice packs and some snacks. It sat in the warm car for about four hours and when we came back all of the ice packs were melted. The food was cold but definitely not as cold as we would have liked it to be.

    This cooler leaks

    I purchased the cooler that holds 30 cans and it leaks. I am not happy with this cooler as it is advertised as leak proof. I took this cooler to an inside function and was there 30 minutes and it started leaking all over the floor. I was embarrassed and not happy.

    Great cooler for on the go

    Love everything about this cooler. Collapses for easy storage with ease and light in weight. Love using it for the beach, park, and simply leaving in the car at all times. Keeps everything inside nice and cool on warm days.

    I got this cooler bag as a gift and I love it. It holds a lot more than it looks. Its handy how it can collapse when not used so as not to take up space. I've use it when traveling and for grocery shopping. I am looking forward to gifting same bag to friends and family.

    Perfect Size, Great Cooler

    This cooler is the perfect size for road trips or picking up groceries that are not close to home. We had an issue with the first one leaking and CleverMade corrected it and sent us a new one within 2 days............some of the best customer service that I have seen. Great company and best collapsible bag that I've ever had.

    Did everyting Advertised... Except keeping items cool

    I love the idea of collapsible and its cute. When it arrived I was worried about how thin the material and rightly so. I finally had the chance to use it today and my chill packs, ice and wine were all melted and at room temp after a few hours. Not in directly in the sun, but stored in shaded part of my car with AC on. I cant imagine items being cold for 36 hrs when my pack was a hot mess after a few. Ill give it away to someone who needs a picnic basket. hunt continures for a soft case cooler that works :(

    Good Cooler

    I transported over 400 ounces of frozen breast milk in this cooler and it all stayed frozen for 12 hours! (ice pack and dry ice, too).

    Great travel cooler

    This cooler was awesome. We recently took it on a trip to the florida keys and this worked great to keep drinks cold in the car/ kayaks/ or on the go. The back folds down really flat and was easy to pack in our suitcase. Only issue is I wish it had a waterproof zipper but for the price and quality I cant really complain.
