Gets worn easy (I'm OCD about cleaning my mouth) but definitely medium not soft. They are mostly leveled but with a slight circular middle which is my preferred brush. I do not like other parts on the brush, or weird bristle cuts.

I searched soft bristles and this came up. I thought the medium refered to the brush head size, My mistake. A good value but a bit rough on the gums.
