It foams up nicely and that makes me feel as if my ware getting clean everywhere and like I’m not missing any spots while I brush. It has a really nice mild mint taste so I think it’ll be suitable for many age ranges and lots of people. I do think it does a great job for sensitive teeth and cleans them incredibly well. I haven’t notice a dramatic difference with the stain fighting or whitening honestly but I feel like if it isn’t whitening strips it can take a very long time to see results so matter using it longer will show stronger and better results.

It may just be because I’ve used this type of toothpaste for years and my body has become immune to it but it just does not do the same thing it used to. My mouth doesn’t feel clean and I honestly think it’s made my teeth more sensitive. I can’t even drink anything cold anymore without the jolt of pain now. It’s a good toothpaste if you have another one right after it but by itself for me ? It just does not clean how it used to.
