Love it!
I bought this for my grand-daughter and she loves it. Doesn't fall apart easily which I love. It maybe a little pricey but material is not cheaply made. Doesn't fall apart as some of the cheaper brands. I think it is well worth it. This will last a very long time.

Frustrating to the max
This ball run is absolutely not made for kid nor adults. It constantly falls apart when trying to connect the tubes to the tiles no matter what. Four adults and five children tried to built for hours and all I got was sad faces and enormous frustration when the carefully build masterpiece fell apart again and again. Connetix tiles are great but stay away from the ballrun.

Meh
I'd used a "knock off" marble run set with magna tiles, and my toddler loved it. These were much harder to use--to connect the tubes to each other and to the structure you're building was not very stable and resulted in a fair amount of frustration. Wouldn't buy again.

Complicated
While these are cool once they are built, it's a lot of time and effort to get them there. It takes multiple hands to hold up the parts to get everything connected without falling. Kind of anticlimactic once you finally get it all built. My 3 year old loves magnetic tiles but these are too advance for him. Best for older kids who have a friend to help build.

Not as we hoped
I was very excited about this for my 3 and 5 year old. However, we can't seem to get the tubes to stay in place. They fall out and move every time we try to add a new piece. We've tried lots of different methods without success. A bit disappointing.

Very fun - could use a couple of tweaks
My kids were very excited to try this out. It is a little difficult for my kiddos (6 and 3) to snap the tubes into the tiles with the holes. I'm sure that will get better with age and practice. , , An 'inspiration' book is included which is great but it's hard to decipher. A link with step by step tutorials would be very helpful!, , Also, as most builds in the book have the base plate, it would be really helpful if the kit had at least one base plate in it, even if that means a slightly higher price point.
