A: use baking soda for silver. in a cloth or towel put some baking soda and a few drops of water. rub the silver in cloth and wash :)

I specifically ordered the cleaner for gold jewelry (just double checked my order again to make sure). I was sent one for silver, which ruined my jewelry. Yes, I should have read the fine print at the bottom of the bottle--but if they'd sent the correct one, I really shouldn't have to now should I? Permanently damaged 1K worth of fine jewelry, and will cost me alot more to have the rest of the damaged jewelry fixed--some are unfixable. This is unforgiveable. Thanks Target, you just cost me thousands. THOUSANDS!!!!!

If used correctly and you follow the instructions it brings your gold or platinum back to life. I have some pieces back from high school graduation and it left them like new! I love this product I recommend for 14k solid gold. Make sure to rinse off the piece and clean it with a cloth after so you don’t have any residue on it or so it doesn’t smell like the chemical if that makes sense.

the silver cleaning solution works wonders but the gold solution stripped some of the gold off and now when i wear my pieces they irritate my skin because the component of different metals are now exposed. if you want to clean your jewlery just use soap and water
