They leak. The seals do not work. I bought 4 of these and only one seals 25% of the time.

Here are a few tips that may help improve the seal performance: Check the Lid Assembly: Make sure the lid is fully twisted on until it’s secure. It can sometimes feel tight before it's fully sealed. Clean the Seal Components Thoroughly: Residue from beverages, especially sticky or creamy drinks, can prevent the seal from working properly. Be sure to remove the lid’s interior mechanism for a deep clean. Many users are unaware that the underside of the lid flips open for easy access. Avoid Overfilling: Fill only to the fill line marked inside. Overfilling can cause pressure that might affect sealing. Inspect the Rubber Gasket: Ensure the silicone gasket (the rubber ring that creates the seal) is properly seated and undamaged. If it’s missing, loose, or warped, the mug will likely leak. I've been using Contigo travel mugs for my years and needed to replace couple. These are not just a replacement but an upgrade. The cap has been modified to better seal the liquids and the top of the mug has been curved to provide anicerfe when drinking without the cap.

Wonderful mug in almost every way. Doesn't leak, well insulated, lock button is great, easy to clean. The ONLY reason I took off 1 star is that stickers don't stay on the marbled texture! I am a sticker fan & this disappoints! Hey Contigo, how about a West Loop 3.0 16 oz in a smooth surface in great colors??

I'm a Union Construction Truck Driver. This is my third Contigo west loop. The first two are 16oz. in size, and still work great after 7 years. My new West Loop is a 20oz. This product is strong and takes the construction live very well. Thanks for making a product worth the money.
