Contigo Byron 2.0 Stainless Steel Travel Mug with SNAPSEAL Lid and Grip, 20 oz, Sake & Blue Corn, 2-Pack

Faulty rubber seal making the bottle useless. What do I do with it now?

1) I recently purchased the Contigo Byron 2.0 Stainless Steel Travel Mug, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! This mug has quickly become an everyday essential for me, whether I’m commuting, working, or traveling. The stainless steel construction feels incredibly durable and high-quality, while the double-wall insulation keeps my drinks hot for hours. I’ve used it for coffee, tea, and even iced beverages, and it performs perfectly every time—hot drinks stay hot, and cold drinks stay cold! One of my favorite features is the Snapseal lid, which is both leak-proof and easy to use. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can toss the mug into my bag without worrying about spills. Plus, the design makes it easy to drink one-handed, which is perfect when I’m on the go. The 20-ounce capacity is just the right size to hold a generous amount of coffee without being too bulky. It also fits well in my car’s cup holder, which is a huge plus. Cleaning is a breeze, too—the lid is simple to take apart and wash, and the stainless steel body doesn’t retain any odors or stains.

Love this mug soo much! Keeps my coffee hot for a long time. It’s easy to clean as well. It’s a good size as I’m able to fit it in my cars cup holder and it’s a cute color.

I enjoy the size of the mug and that it does not leak. I have two of these but neither of them will keep my coffee hot for longer than 1 hour. Other contigo mugs I own will at least keep my coffee hot throughout the morning whereas if I poor coffee into this mug and drink from it an hour later it will be luke warm. Disappointed in this as I enjoy having the larger sized travel mugs but only if they can keep my coffee hot enough. Unsure if this is just a faulty pair that I got, these are definitely the ones I reach for last.

I like how it keep drinks cold or hot and I even like the teal color one I got but the only thing I don’t like about it is when I go to open it it basically spit sprays liquid at me luckily I haven’t had anything hot in it and even if I open away from my body it still sprays liquid out I don’t know about recommending this because it spits at you maybe I’ll try a different mug from this company

We love our snap seal stainless Steel travel mugs. We have had the same two for the last 9 years and they have worked beautifully. Our coffee definitely stays hot and lasts about 3-4 hrs at a drinkable temperature. We bought these when we first moved in together after my mom recommended them to use. She gifts them to every cousin. I have starting a new job. People may be taken aback by the price but it’s definitely worth it. The snap seal is wonderful and prevent leaks but I do recommend opening the seal when you’re putting the cap on the mug. To release that pressure. If you don’t , and you close it while the snap seal is also closed, you may encounter a small pop and burst of coffee on you. Beware, if you are looking to put tea , without cold milk, in this mug, I suggest you in cap it and serve it in a mug or let it vent out. This is so you don’t burn yourself, the mug is THAT good. Unfortunately, we learned this from trial and error.

Keeps drink so cold even over night. Just need a replacement lid for 2?? Help me please!!!

I been using this product for over a year now. I love it!! Its my go too. It keeps my drink cold and the ice inside lasts a while. I loved it so much i bought another.

The lid does NOT leak at all. When I don’t finish my second cup and pour out the remainder, it’s still warm,14 hours later.

This is an affordable option for water bottle. The color is great and the size fits perfectly to my car’s cup holder. The bottle keep my water cold for hours, and it doesn’t take up space or weighth when i travel

By far my favorite mug. Best feature leakproof so I I don’t spill lol. I’ve lost the one I owned and i am sad because I bring my coffee along with me.

I’m not sure how people find themselves in the predicament that they do, but for me, I have not one single complaint about my 20 ounce travel mug. It does exactly what I expected to do and don’t have any problems with the seal or the rubber ball leaking.

My husband and I use these mugs everyday. We hand wash the cup part (most of the time) and the lids go in the dishwasher. They’re amazing at keeping heat and we love them. But…. The lids have a shorter life than the cups. The gaskets get loose and fall out or they just start to leak. Buy this cup but know it won’t last forever.

We love these cups. Keep coffee hot for quite a while. The rubber grip is great. However, as stated by others, when it pops out from use or cleaning. It doesn't go back it again. No mater how many times I've tried to get it in correctly, it still leaks. Usually on my wife's cup. Please improve this or make new lids available.

These dont come close to keeping drinks hot as long as the previous model does. Bring back the last model

They don't leak, and stay cold or hot all day! I've had mine for about 5 years now and will forever stick with this brand. They're way cheaper than the famous brands, and work just as well if not better.

I love(d) my 20 ounce travel mugs. I have six of them. I use three every day, my husband two. They keep my coffee and broth hot all day, and my water ice cold. I say loved, because while I have 6 mugs, I only have two functional lids. I even called the company to see if there was some secret to using/cleaning the lids to keep the seal from coming out. Seals are almost impossible to put back into place, rendering the mugs useless. In my opinion, this company could make a ton of money if they manufactured and sold replacement lids. I’m quite disappointed with the longevity of the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a strong, no leak travel mug that keeps your contents hot for easily 5 hours. my only problem is that the lid tends to leave a drip on the top of the lid that gets on my nose. i can't figure out why since it does not happen on my other contigo mugs. but this is my favorite as i love the rubber grip.

We have 12 of the Byron 20 ounce bottles that we use on our pontoon boat. They keep beverages cold all day and, as an added bonus, they even float when full. Two of them had sealing rings that went bad. Filed a claim with Contigo and received replacements after 3 days! Excellent customer service!

This is a great mug...keeps my coffee hot all morning and I never had a problem with it leaking...until the seal ring stretched out. Now the lid leaks and I can't seem to get the seal back into the lid properly now that it has stretched.
