The watch would not turn on despite being plugged in for 2 days and me following the instructions in the manual. Then it turned on for maybe an hour and then stopped working. I emailed the company asking for a replacement twice over two weeks and still only auto replies back to my email. There is no phone number on their website at all! Very frustrated. Will be returning to target.

I’m rating this only three stars due to the experience of ordering this item as the watch itself seemed nice! I ordered two of the same item for my daughters for Christmas. I was notified it would be shipped from Contixo. I only received one of the watches, which seemed like an error made simply because I ordered two of the same item and they probably missed the quantity of 2 instead of 1. I also understand it’s a hectic time of year and was very patient and understanding. I had to contact Target twice over a few weeks and both times I was told they would just refund since it was shipped by a partner brand and they are now out of stock. I still have not received my refund. I also tried creating a support ticket with Contixo. I’m on my second ticket and they keep asking for the same info and stringing me along. Terrible experience and planning to return the one watch I did receive because they left such a bad taste in my mouth. Buyer beware!

My seven year old granddaughter longed for a watch after her mother bought an apple watch..! Of course .. she was excited about it - it didn't seem to be eliminated because it was not an apple! She likes taking pictures and playing games - in fact, it needs recharging! So I voted it a big hit!

This is a Christmas gift for a nine year old boy. I did buy one for him last year, but his mother "misplaced" it. He really likes this watch and wants to buy another one, so I bought another one. Needless to say, he really likes this watch. He wears it every day, plays games and takes videos. This is a great purchase.

I bought these as Christmas presents for my niece and two nephews. They like watches very much. The quality of the device is good, but I added a screen saver to it before giving it to them. Only time can prove its durability. If used in games, it seems to last all day.

Loved the look, easy to use etc. But it was WAY too small for my 9 yr old sons wrist. The battery also doesnt last forever (but we could be spoiled with our other watches that last days without needing to charge or at all).

I received this product in damaged condition. It never charged up as inner pin was broken. This was a gift sent to Canada. There is no store hence return is not possible. Awful response from customer service of this company. Total waste of money.
