Q: How do you clean this? It has a horrible smell

A: Rinse with clean water before first use and wipe with a damp cloth as needed. The smell is natural from the materials and will fade after airing it out in a ventilated space. It’s non-toxic and safe.

Q: My husband stained with the bottom of his coffee cup. He was able to remove most of the stain, but there’s definitely still a shadow/obvious partial ring. How do I get rid of stain completely?

I really like that the mat dries quickly, looks great initially, and does its job well. However, after just a week of use, it developed permanent water rings and stains that can't be cleaned, which has really affected its appearance. It no longer looks as nice, which is disappointing.

We have a tiny dish rack and limited counter space so this helps. Slim and small enough to fit in a tight space. Would also work in a bathroom. Dries quickly because it's made from dolomite. Cleans quickly. Comes with little grips they call 'feet' so it makes it no slip.

One downfall of just having a drying rack is when what you are washing at the sink is too much for the drying rack and you need some extra room. This may is the best thing we’ve added. It provides extra room to let things dry and this mat itself drys quickly.

I wish this board was a little bit bigger, but I like the concept! It fits enough dishes if you stack them right, and it does indeed dry quickly. My kitchen sink recently overflowed, and this board kept my already washed dishes clean and dry - so I love the fact that it’s elevated. I do wish it was a little bit bigger to accommodate all of my drying dishes at one time, but otherwise, this has been working out very well for me!

I’ve been meaning to replace the gross plastic drain mat under my drying rack and kept delaying. Now I’m glad I did because I love this drying mat. Water doesn’t seem to run off it, it dries quickly and doesn’t seem to smell or anything.

Just like the sink caddy, I absolutely love this product. It pairs nicely with it as well as my new quartz countertops. The mat quickly absorbs any excess water and it is surprisingly light. You would expect it to be heavier. The base has 4 well-secured rubber feet to keep it slightly elevated from your counter tops and avoid any scratches. I like that it can be cleaned right there in the kitchen sink. This has replaced my fabric drying mat which I had to wash in the washing machine every weekend due to fear of pathogens. It is also very easy to store it when not in use. It slips in a long slim cabinet with the rest of my baking trays. I am looking forward to really putting this mat through its paces to see how it looks after a couple of months.

First of the all this product is beautifully designed. The color of the mat is white and light grey appears like marble. The mat is pretty convenient to use, light weight and easy to store. Mat is quick drying. Totally worth trying.

The mat looks great on the counter and is a good size for just a few items to dry. It dries very quickly but because it's white, I think it may show stains. I read in the FAQs that it can be used as a trivet, which is a better use of this product in my kitchen.

I do like this, but it makes me a little leery that you can put stuff on it and just soaks into it. I’ll have to use it a little longer to see if it really does dry the items quicker. When you put a cup wrong side down on it, It seems to trap the Water inside of it. I do like the concept.

Looks great but it warped once wet and won’t lay flat. Even worse, it can’t be cleaned once stained - I soaked it, scrubbed it, repeated…still stained.
