Q: Is the dinnerware (plates and bowls) in the Corelle Winter Frost White pattern lead-free, cadmium free, and arsenic free?
A: These are lead free per Lead poisoning activist Tamara Rubin of Lead Safe Mama. Older patterns were not, despite company statements. I bought these and absolutely love them.
submitted byRenegadeRN - 11 months agoA: Hello! We are happy to advise you that we have never added lead to any of our Corelle dinnerware. All of our products meet the safety standards of the time they were made, up to and including today.

Q: How shatterproof are the dishes? when dropped on hard surface will they break?
A: I've had corelle for almost 20 years. It's never chipped or broken. I dropped a bowl on ceramic floor 3 wks. ago, no problem. Not to say that it could never break. Certainly safer than many brands.
submitted byTried - 2 years agoA: I love my Corelle dishes and have not had one break or chip in a couple years since purchasing. That includes when a dish has occasionally been dropped.
submitted byMomForChrist - 2 years agoA: Hello! Our dishes are highly resistant to breaks and chips from everyday use. A drop on the floor or hard knock can still cause breakage. If this is something you'd like to discuss more with our team please reach out through our Instant Home website. Thank you!

Q: Is there a proposition 65 warning for this product?
A: I reached out to their customer service and they refused to answer. They kept saying it was FDA safe (not the same thing) - but despite multiple back and forths would not confirm prop 65 compliance.

Q: Thank you Instant Brands Support for your answer about if Corelli dinnerware contains lead. It does not. However, ml also asked if it is cadmium and arsenic free too. Is it?
A: Be careful BC some of this company's product are lead and cadium free, and some are not. In fact some have dangerously high levels of one or both. Each item and color must be tested individually.
submitted byGreen As Possible - 4 months agoA: Hello Trolley! Corelle does not contain Cadmium or Arsenic. Thanks!
