Great Umbrella Holder
I chose this umbrella holder because of its super flat profile. The handle cutout and wheels make it easy to move on my patio. My only complaint is the color. I sprayed mine white.

It\'s flat!
Only have had this base for a couple days, but it has held up so far. It being thin/flat is a big bonus. Doesn\'t take up unnecessary space under the table.

Stood up to pretty good winds
Forgot to take my 10x6 umbrella down. It sits in this 50# stand and is tilted to give shade over my sliding door (I get direct westerly sunsets on that side of the house, it\'s brutal). Winds were up to about 12mph sustained on and off during the night. I tried to take the umbrella down but as I live alone I was unable to do so. Not only was the umbrella still standing in the morning it was all in one piece. Just put the stand where you want it as you\'re not going to want to move it to often. It\'s heavy as sin.

This base is heavy.
This base is nicely made. It's got small metal rollers on it so it makes it easier to move. The overall built quality is very good and the fact that it is flat and you can walk over it is a huge plus. Not a fan of those bulky bases (fill up with sand/water) yet they still tip over. This one is awesome and would definitely recommend.

I loved the idea of a flat umbrella stand for an area where the umbrella will stand without the support of a table. The description said that it is easy to move. I do not agree. It's not easy to move. Yes, one can push it back and forth fairly easy, but any other direction is not easy. Also the package came damaged with one corner having the paint chipped off. I am curious how long until the pole support will break off the metal plate...

Rusted in less than a year
Bought 7/2021 Pros: Great for a big 12 foot umbrella - heavy enough for most winds (< 30mph). Cons: The little rollers are hard to use and don't work well. It also rusted around the edges in less than a year - paint pealing off with rust underneath. It will have to be sanded / repainted soon.

Excellent, simple- add sliders to the bottom!
Love this- exactly what we were looking for and easily supports an umbrella next to loungers.... We ended up buying sticky sliders to attach to the bottom- doing this made it MUCH easier to move, and diminished the fear of scraping our patio or the stand itself.

Looks terrific
Love this stand...It looks very "high end". Arrived in perfect condition. I lined the bottom with styrofoam just to pad it a bit and added garden light colored beach stone and a black market umbrella. Looks fantastic. Of course, in high extreme winds, I will take the umbrella down, but other than that, this is never going to move an inch! Extremely pleased

I've only had it for a few days, and haven't really needed to open the umbrella yet, but it is a nice, heavy base. I love that it's flat and square, unlike so many other ugly umbrella bases. I'll update my review if anything goes wrong, but so far, so good.

Umbrella still standing
This is really sturdy and the perfect stand for my umbrella. We've had some heavy rains and accompanying winds the last few days, with more to come, and my umbrella is still standing. Of course, I'm wise enough to lower the umbrella too, so... :-)
