Quiet Clock
This clock is very "quiet". I had to buy this for my guest bedroom because the one I bought at the store was very annoyingly "beeping". This one is the right size, keeps accurate time, looks nice, and is very quiet.

Almost great
First the good news: This clock is easy to set up and syncs quickly with a time service. Setting the US time zone is easy (I guess as long as you live in the continental US and not Alaska or Hawaii). Setting daylight saving time is also easy. 5 stars for ease of use. The bad news? The minute hand is off by exactly 1 minute. It seems like I could remove a few screws and manually adjust it to the correct position, but a precision timekeeping instrument should be accurate in the first place. Minus 1 star for quality control.

Overall it's pretty good. The downside is that the month and date don't match the day of the week. I set it to show June 19th 25th and it showed Sunday instead of Thursday. No noise. The colors are beautiful and the numbers are big and bold.

Do not use the provided hangers!
Nice clock. Never use the hook that comes with it. The hook's ring is too short to fit into the slot on the back of the clock. I didn't check it carefully before using it. I thought it was secure, but the clock fell off the wall after about 15 minutes. I looked at it and realized what the problem was, but it was too late. The glass surface of the clock was broken and scattered on the floor.

Very quiet operation!
This clock was a gift from my uncle who recently went to a nursing home. The 14" clock is the perfect size for me and it is very quiet, with the second hand making no sound at all. Very well made and very affordable. Highly recommended.

Great clock
love this clock. It is silent and keeps accurate time. Make sure to use carbon batteries, alkaline batteries will break this clock. I had to order carbon batteries from COSTWAY because the store didn't have them.

Use branded batteries
I tried a cheap brand of batteries at first and it didn't work. I then bought a new pack of Duracell batteries and now the clock is running fine.

I'm not kidding when I tell you I can hear my husband's watch ticking even when it's in the guest bedroom drawer. This super hearing is a super power for ADHD, anxiety, and fidgeting! If only I could use it to figure out why my car is making that noise. Or save someone trapped under it... I can't hear this clock in my bedroom before bed, while reading, staring at the ceiling, or in the morning when everything is quiet. It's awesome and at a great price!!! Thank you!
