Love that you can tailor the dumbbells, barbell and kettlebell to whatever weight you need. I'm able to do so many workout routines all from the comfort of my home. Perfect home set
Got these weights for the days I do not drive out to the gym and let me tell you… this is just what you need. I mainly use the dumbbell function and I add all the plates on both sets to get the best pump. I use it for upper and lower body workouts and the soreness is exactly the same as if I went to the gym. 👍🏽
