TARGET FAILED ME! No excuses
This review is solely based on NOT receiving the item, Target uses 3rd party Costway, Costway using UPS which uses Roadie, with all these 3rd parties , I never received my package, with 2 investigations and failed attempt to deliver, I already disputed this with UPS & Target, Although I wish I can leave a review status on this product but I never received it, due to a message from the Roadie carrier stating no parking, left in the lobby of a NYC 33 story building unattended and NOT signed for!! Idiocracy at its best!!

The product description stated “tools provided”, so i assumed no tools were needed; nothing resembling a tool was in the box & the adjustable window adapter needed a saw in order to cut the thick plastic—since i don’t own a saw, i returned it. Unsure how it works since it was never turned on. Hope this saves someone else from wasting their time!

Not completely impressed. It works great but in order to feel the cool air, you need to be sitting directly in front of it. It would eventually cool our living room off (which isn't big), after a few hours. It would be great for small rooms.
