If you have neck pain, just get it!
Purchased to help with stiffness in my neck. I was a little skeptical when I opened it and saw how flat the pillow is, but turns out I really like it! It's good for back or side sleeping and you can use a regular standard pillow case on it, it'll just fit a little loose. I wake up with no stiffness in the morning.

Best For Side Sleepers
This is one of the better orthopedic type of pillows out there, and it is reasonably priced. I have mine for about four years now, and it still holds its shape. My only complaint is that it does not fill in my pillow cases as I would like, but nothing beats having a comfortable pillow. Believe me when I say it is a great choice because I am extremely hard to please as a consumer, and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about it to this day. But only get it if you are already accustomed to sleeping with wedge shaped pillows. Otherwise, it may not suit you as a sleeper.
