Not good design
I bought this to prevent hurting my neck doing sit ups. I ended up hurting my neck on this. I have a very weak core and this did not provide the support under my head that's needed. I ended up getting a different one that had a mesh netting that supported my head and shoulders and it worked a lot better. If you have a strong core and you don't pull on your neck to do a sit-up, I guess this would work, but then what's the point? You probably don't need it anyway. I needed something that would help me work up to doing an independent crunch without pulling on my neck. I returned it.

Easy to assemble
2 stars for good design and simple, straight construction. Easy to assemble. 5 min to get it together, 5 min to take it a parts for returning. 0 stars for usability. It doesn't stay straight during the exercise, it slides all around no matter how hard your try to keep it swinging. Getting tired concentrating on it instead of my body. Bad. Didn't work for me. Returned UPD. Additional 3rd star for good customer support
