A: The product is measured and shown of outside length only. Whereas for the mattress inside length of the bed is required to decide between twin xl and twin. Will appreciate if you could tell the length of an inside of a an upholstered frame

Good but not great.
The bed looks nice and is good for an occasional guest. But I must have received a previously opened box. The bag with the hardware was already cut open and screws were all over the box. The headboard’s backing was ripped in three places and the upholstery had spots. I probably would not buy it again.

Came with hole in box and hole in backboard. Was also dirty. Looked used. Target returned it for me and returned my fee that I paid someone to set it up. I love Target but some of the third party sellers I’ve had problems with.

False advertisement, NOT FOR TWIN MATTRESS
Needs twin xl bed, NOT Twin as listed. There are huge, dangerous gaps when you use a twin size mattress. Very disappointed, would not have purchased this if I knew.

Twin bed
The twin bed is decent in looks but the assembly instructions are awful. They are not well written, tiny print with arrows that are confusing and it says on the instructions, "If you need help, call the company (that made the bed)" so I did and their answer was that I had to call Target, they are not allowed to help. So, I called Target that the customer service rep was lovely - she searched for some videos to aid my assembly. However, my complaint is still the directions were not well done and it was a run around to get the help needed. The side boards fabric are a bit wrinkled due to the packaging. It is for a spare bedroom so it will be fine but would I buy the bed again? Not sure. Powertools helped even though they say only need a screwdriver is needed. Honestly, for the cost of this, I guess I should not have expected more and as I said, it was fine once it was completed.
