Country Life Chelated Magnesium, 250 mg, 180 Tablets

A veery absorbable form of magnesium. I have used it for decades.

I've been using this supplement for 2 years now because I heard about it from a nutritionist podcast (Ted Broer, PhD) of holistic care and alternative medicine. He specifically mentioned "Chelated" magnesium not regular magnesium for better sleep and muscle relaxation. Plus I've been taking it at least a hour before bed after I had a good meal from the gym because of muscle soreness from resistance training and recovery. I can't do post-workout recovery drinks, supplements, or meals due to them giving me bad indigestion during the night; however, this product has helped out a lot with soreness and better sleep that when I get up the next day in the morning, I'm less sore from leg day and feel well rested. This is my second bottle so it's worth the price for the capsules quantity and I do split with my mom too! Thank you.

This is one of my favorite soaps, it helps the skin in many ways. Skin feels softer.

Love this product! I like that it's Chelated and works over a period of time! This way my body is not overwhelmed with Magnesium. Unfortunately, the cap was broken on my bottle when I received it.

I used this for 9 years and benefited greatly from it. Suddenly I noticed the benefits I'd been used to diminishing. It took me a while but when I finally compared an old bottle that I'd kept to a new one, I found the ingredients had been changed. I switched to a different brand bc the new formulation of country life was not working for me.

Quality product at a good price

I tried another brand of this that cost much more ....from a TV personality. This one was just as effective at a great price! It helps you be "regular" too..if you know what I mean. : )

I wanted to review this product because I have tried another brand of magnesium which was in a softgel format and was 400 mg per softgel. I did not like the other because it really is not as good as this one. I like this particular product because it is in the 250 mg per tablet and so for me I can take 1 now and then others through out the day if necessary. It is effective. I can tell a difference in the way my body has become more normal during my time of the month. And I also sleep better because of the relaxing effect of the magnesium. I have heard from a source the chelated magnesium is the best for absorption. And I can tell that with this one. With the softgel that I tried it seems to just give me loose bowels too easily.

This product has brought on a great improvement in my regularity. Because it is so well absorbed into my system, it has been helpful to me in other areas of my health as well. I am extremely glad I discoverd Country Life chelated magnesium, and Buying it from Swanson saves me money.
