So...my doctor researched these vitamins....50 and older and said they were fine...that's all I needed to know...they digest easily and with no side effects like some out there...I take a half of one everyday...works for me....I have been taking these for 2 years and will continue....

It is top notch product. Everything can be improved. I have taken this product ever since I became aware of it's existence. I have tried other multivitamins from other companies. I always come back to this one. I introduce customers to these vitamins. They keep coming back for more. My brother also takes the men's 50+. He gets them from me. I will continue to take the men's 50+ as long as they are still being made.
