I REALLY LOOOOOVE THIS PRODUCT BUT it is so sad that apparently it was causing me an allergic reaction. I would like to know if there is something similar that may be soft for my lips.

Applicator issue
It’s hard to open I legit can’t open it and one time I had to bite it to open but it still didn’t open. Please fix your packaging product is amazing tho.

If you guys EVER decide to get rid of this gloss, know you are losing a customer because I will KILL myself. Don’t make me do that. Non sticky amazing scented yummy tasting gloss?? That doesn’t fade?? (No this isn’t an add I just have used 5 tubes of this product and can’t let go) my lips are moisturized and pretty and I will cry and send hand written letters to your CEO if it ever changes

We have strict quality controls in place, so it's unusual for a package to leave our plant without the proper amount of product in it. We fill our bottles by weight, not volume, to ensure you receive the exact amount we advertise on the package. With that said, we do leave a bit of empty space at the top of each bottle. Industry standards require bottles to leave a % of the bottle empty to account for shipping conditions such as varying temperatures, which helps to prevent the bottles from becoming damaged during transport. My go-to gloss for soft, shiny, and yummy smelling
This gloss is seriously so good! It smells amazing like candy and gives my lips the perfect shiny, plump look without feeling sticky. It’s super comfortable to wear and makes my lips feel soft and hydrated all day. I keep it in my bag because I’m always reapplying just for the smell and shine! I refuse to use another gloss and went through many tubes because how amazing it feels, literally addicting!
