A: This particular item is waterproof, I would recommend using makeup remover to remove. There is also COVERGIRL Lashblast Clump Crusher Mascara on target.com that isn't waterproof that would wash off with soap and water.

It flakes and doesn’t curl my lashes. What it does do, is give a natural look and doesn’t get clumpy. But for a product that advertises how it lifts and curls lashes, it doesn’t deliver. It’s not the worst mascara in the world, but I will not be repurchasing and I will not recommend it as a regular mascara or a waterproof mascara. No one wants to get flakes in their eyes at the beach or the pool.

As a stand-alone mascara, it requires at least 2 coats to even look like you’ve applied mascara and even then, it just looks like you darkened your eyelashes. However, when applied on top of a much better mascara, it works great to separate the lashes, which is why I give it 3 stars.

Literally the ONLY mascara I will use. If I’m out, then I’m out until I get more! Perfect is how I would describe it. Goes on nice and smooth, not watery or too thick and goopy. The wand separates the lashes perfectly so you will not get “spider-eye” waterproof, but comes off easily with makeup remover.

This is the worst mascara I have ever owned. While I can say it did not have a large amount of clumps, nothing else about it was good. The product is dry. It barely applies to your lashes. You have to dip the applicator into the tube every stroke. They product barely makes my lashes darker, or longer. I understand that is not what it’s claiming it does, but is that not the overall goal of mascara? The brush also makes it impossible not to get it on your eyelid. I have always prided myself on my mascara application abilities. Never needing to wipe mascara off my eye lids, but this awful product. I have to scrape the want on my lashes to get any product off the brush, which causes it to smudge onto my eyelids. There are cheaper products I would choose over this.

I’ve been using this mascara for at least 8 years because it works so well! It’s super dependable and doesn’t leave raccoon smudges under my eyes after I wash my face or wipe off my makeup. I’m a dirty blonde so I use the dark brown color and it looks really nice and natural. It works as both an eyelash brush and a mascara so I don’t even need to brush them out after or clamp them.
