Did not work, tried several times and it's just a poorly made gadget.

Barley worked for one use and did not work again

On the 3rd use it made a "pop" sound and stared smoking. Never worked again

Worked for a day, was happy with product and kids like it but it won't work turn on next day. it was my second purchase after the first one, which did not work from 2nd day. Called company and left voice message and emailed but no respond. Don't waste your money. There are other brands. I learned it by buying it twice and both times it failed. readother reviews

It’s fun to do with your kids and pretty simple, annoying to clean tho.

First surprise, it does not come with *any* ingredients. No flavoring, nothing. So I got sugar, ordered concentrated candy flavoring, in the meantime found some lemon extract in the pantry and added food dye for color. However, I'm not sure it's even going to work. The instructions don't match the actual unit at all. It shows "off and on" but the bowl only has "bowl release" and "lock" and the arrow doesn't line up to anything except the arrow by Lock, but that's actually when it's turned in the direction for the bowl release. Then there's the QR code for the "User Friendly Video Instructions!" which show a unit that looks slightly different and says to plug in and flip a switch on the cord, which does not exist on this unit. There's also no light that turns on when it is plugged in. Been waiting over 5 minutes and no sign that it is working. Inconvenient and disappointing, wish I had read reviews before ordering. Oh, and the company doesn't appear to actually sell any of the flavoring packs or whatever either. Looks like they ought to stick to art supplies.

Only worked one time and never worked again

Doesn’t work. Made only one small serving of cotton candy, per the directions, then it appeared as though the motor burnt out.

It was so fun to make real cotton candy with a toy unit. We used regular sugar and made balls of candy. Was a fun time.

Do not expect pretty colors it just makes white cotton candy!! False advertising!! 😡

It's horrible you have to wait 38 minutes to unplug it

It is does not work at all and when I did four scoops of sugar it didn’t make any at all. This should be worth 4 dollars and not 40.

Doesn’t work at all, a complete waste of money

My little cosuin loved this for her 9th birthday. The only dislike is that she wanted more options of the flavors. But other than that, no issues, great product.

Trash it broke right out the box

The kids wanted a cotton candy maker. This is a fun one that they can do with little help from me. Sugars are sold separately.

First one didn’t work. Only showed a blinking red line and didn’t spin. As it was a birthday present my child really wanted we exchanged it. The second one did work, but I’m not optimistic for how long. I do wish it contained a small starter set of floss sugar as it is hard to find so we just used regular sugar and a little bit of kool aid mix for flavor. I do recommend to add the sugar very, very slowly. I put it on the middle and let it vibrate in. Also, this is very expensive in store compared to the online price. (Target will price match) The online price makes it worth it, but not sure if it is worth the full in store price.

It doesnt work. Listen to the bad reviews it really does not work. For the price it is so disappointing. Junk
