After reading the reviews, I decided to purchase this and test it out before giving it as a gift. And, truly, it was terrible. When it worked it was so fun, but more often than not the claw device would get stuck somewhere and it would just stop working all together. We tried a few different things with it and each time was the same result. I would not recommend this toy at all.

Very strong grip if you grab it. Came with 6 cute plushies. I tried adding candy to it as well and it's a bit trickier. This claw machine is very finicky. If I add a token and start right away, it stops me from playing. If I run out of time, it stops the claw and you have to put in another token. The token drawer is hard to grab out as it does not pull out. The toys can roll out pretty fast from the drop. Overall, I didn't expect this to be as good as a real quality machine but it is enjoyable. I plan to put some candy in there for guests to try their luck and maybe some small toys as you can throw in 2 inch ones. It is fun to move the whole thing to angle the claw.

This is trash. The claw controller would not move forward and back to drop prize after grabbed. Went from side to side just fine. Returned it and for another one and same problem. Seems like they are selling faulty toys in my opinion.

Ours just got delivered today and it was missing all the plush prizes! I haven't tried out the mechanisms yet since there aren't any plush included in mine. Hoping the next one I ordered has them and I can comment on the functionality!

I like that it comes with the little stuffed animals that you can play with as soon as you unbox it. I plan to see if I can find some small plastic Easter eggs that will fit that I can hide the toys in. It’s very convenient to put the toys in through the open hole in the back. I also really like that you have the option to turn the sound off, because it can get a little loud and annoying after they use it for a while. LOL!

This is such a fun toy for both kids and adults alike. It seems like it is sturdy and built to last. I love the little prizes that come with the machine but also can’t wait to buy more to put in there. It is super easy to use and just requires batteries to begin using. I would definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello I was so lucky to have been selected by Influenster to receive this amazing claw machine to be honest I would have wanted this toy when I was a child and my daughter is 100% my mini me so I know she is going to absolutely love this toy but I don’t want to give it to her until Christmas Eve because I have been purchasing mini toys and lip balms to wrap up and put inside the claw machine after she goes to bed Christmas Eve so on Christmas Day we can spend some more time playing the claw machine together and watch her face light up every time she wins a surprise gift from her claw machine this claw machine is battery operated, and it has a switch to play sound and it comes with 10 tokens to make it feel more like a real claw machine and it comes with 6 adorable mini plushies I am beyond excited about this toy it is so awesome thank you so much Influenster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The happiest with the toy arcade claw game with plush prizes is my little son since he loved it because it is beautiful and has an excellent size to play with and is equal to a large but smaller size plush machine that allows my son to play. Other brings 6 very beautiful stuffed animals of different characters and figures and also brings some plastic coins to insert into the machine so that you can start your claw and catch a stuffed . You only need 3 AA batteries for the machine to work and it also brings sounds and when it catches a stuffed animal, a celebratory music plays.
So fun for all ages!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for the FAO Schwarz Toy Arcade Claw Game with Plush Prizes, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to expectations. The idea is fantastic, and my boys were really excited to play with it. However, it didn't work out of the box—the claw wouldn't open until my husband watched a video on how to fix it. The boys loved it once it was working, but by the next afternoon, it stopped moving to the left. The wire had wrapped around the gear, preventing movement. Thankfully, my husband is very handy and was able to fix it again in less than 24 hours so the kids could continue playing. While my kids are enjoying it and experimenting with what they can pick up, having to fix it twice within the first 24 hours is disappointing. As a result, I can't recommend this toy.
