2 out of 2 machines, the claw chain broke. The first I purchased from the store, brought it home, got it all set up, only to find that the chain was already broken. The kids love the toy, so I had to find it in another store AGAIN because Target wouldn't process an exchange by mail. Less than month later, the second machine's chain has broken. So frustrating!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cute little claw machine from FAO Schwartz is one of those things you get thinking that it will mostly be a novelty item but ends up getting used way more than you expect. My kid loves this toy and the best part is that it’s not annoyingly loud or takes up too much space. The plushies are really cute too and it’s super easy to use for the little ones. All in all, it’s unique and a great gift if you’re looking for one,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s perfect for a child that loves games like this, my little boy is 3 and he caught on how to use it fairly quick. It comes with 6 different little plush toys for the prizes and quite a few plastic coins. It has a on and off power button, and also has a button for the noise, making that optional. The claw strength is just right for the little prizes. There is also more room so you can add a few small prizes if you would like. It’s a cool little games that children enjoy, especially if they love arcade games.

Whole family loved it! It’s a great toy for ALL ages. My daughter practices her motor skills…she’s 3 and my husband loves adding different items to try to grab. It’s a great toy but I think it’s overly priced. It’s a cool toy if you will be using it often but u fear it’s a toy that will get put away and not get used…thinking of adding candy and getting a snack everyday using it. I hope the claw can handle being used often and not break over time.
