The putty is not magnetic at all. The only thing magnetic about this is the included magnet. Very misleading.

I have the gold rush and this one and cannot get it to do what the promos show. The magnet is very strong and sticks to everything else. I have to store the magnets away from the tins or it's hard to stack them because they stick to the other tins.

This putty is very fun, it has a grainy texture and is somewhat stretchy. It definitely feels different than the other putties I've gotten, I highly recommend I play with it all the time!

I got it a while ago and have been loving it! Its so fun to play with it and the magnet. I was really pleased with how strong the magnet, that was included with it, was! The texture is great and I have absolutely fallen in love with it. The only disappointing thing was the green sparkles, I wish they were a bit more vivid. It mostly just looks black. Other than that, I highly suggest this putty!

I own a lot of the various Thinking Putty products. This one is by far my favorite. In fact I bought two of them and combined them for twice the fun. I'll use it as regular Thinking Putty for a bit, especially if I'm taking a phone call or something, then I'll lay it next to the magnet while I do other work and watch it creep along.

Can be fun, but honestly things being attracted to it can make life a lot more difficult. I've suffered more than I normally when using this item, but there are some fun combinations of things you can make with it. Quite nice that it attracts little trinkets and pickups I find lying around.

I bought a tin probably ten years ago and I still get it out every once in a while. The tin has gotten quite rusty but the product inside hasn't changed a bit.
