One of my favorites
I don’t care what anyone says, this book will always be one of my favorites. Well then... I want to give the book a 5 star but
The author is a fantastic writer. The book could be a 5-star rating if the uncle and cousin Noah were kept out of the intimate storyline, allowing them just to be protective and loving family members as they were throughout the book. When she was with the uncle and addressing him as Uncle and Noah calling her Cuz, that was worth putting the book down, but how the author writes… I wanted to keep reading. Kaleb’s storyline was truly my favorite part, but he should have been a best friend or neighbor to Noah, not her cousin. I will be reading more from the author.

Good story line
I tried not to like this book. The cousin thing kept getting to me, but it states “step brother” several times reminding me, by blood no one is actual uncle and cousins. The story about Theron and how she went into that house blind, idk something about the protection she had in that house was warming. I expected and hoped for a different end, but regardless it turned out beautiful. They all have each other and are happy!
