I really enjoyed this book. It was light and fun, but then it just got super dark, more than you (or at least I) typically expect with these types of books so the ending wasn’t super satisfying imo.

A new favorite author?!
After reading every Colleen Hoover book I was searching for a new author and a friend suggested Christina Lauren. This was the first of theirs I’ve read and have to say I loved it. Read it in a few days and would def suggest it!

Disappointed
I didn’t like this book at all. Very predictable and just too drawn out. Wouldn’t recommend

I'd skip this one...
Oof, I don’t understand the hype for this book. I REALLY wanted to DNF about 2 or 3 chapters in, but I pushed through because I loved a different book by Lauren. Some of the storyline is so outrageous and unbelievable, it’s laughable. I found the main character, Olive, almost insufferable. I warmed up to Ethan at some point in the book, but the character development in the beginning was really lacking. Overall, I’d skip this book. I loved “Love & Other Words,” but this book is a gigantic miss.

So good!
Such a sweet book that will give you all the emotions. Never read a book that makes me laugh then have tears the next page.

Predictable
I’m all in for easy romance reads but this book gave it all away. From the first chapter you can predict everything that happens 😞. Too boring - I couldn’t finish it .

Fun light hearted enemy to lovers
Finished in a day very cute and entertaining. Olive gave me strong Jane the Virgin vibes. After reading some heavy topic books this was the perfect easy romance read.

Truly a very funny book
I honestly didn’t think that I would like this book. After chapter 4 it became abundantly clear that I was wrong. It’s funny and charming and I’ll be on the lookout for more great books from this talented duo.

Amazing!!
Literally could not put this book down after I started. It’s super witty and easy to follow plus it’s an enemies-to-lovers trope and who doesn’t love that??
