[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I have really been enjoying this 1/4” ratchet. As an express lube tech I use this tool daily to help replace batteries, remove trim pieces and take TPMS sensors out of tires. This ratchet is a very good value. It has a very smooth ratcheting mechanism and I enjoy having the push button release for sockets. The fit and finish of the product is also high quality. The sockets also seem to be well made and I appreciate the carrying case they come in for transportation and storage. I believe this tool set will serve me well for years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great small socket set to keep in my work van for when I need something small or compact. It has sockets from 3/16 to 9/16 and it came with a 3" extension and the hard case seems very durable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great set to pick up and have laying around in a car tool kit or in the kitchen for quick accessibility. This set feels heavy duty and has a nice weight to it when it’s in your hand. My only complaint is regarding the case it comes in. Nothing is securely in place with a friction fit. All of the pieces lay in a cut out that is slight too big to hold items in place in the event you were to tip it over (everything stays in place of you tip it over and the case is closed). Overall this is a great set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this tool set free of charge for an honest review. This socket set seems like it was made for a kids tool box. The rachet mechanism on the handset is kind of flimsy, the fit and finish is not great either. It only comes with standard and no metric sockets. Overall I was not impressed. Average at best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this 1/4in drive set a couple weeks ago and put it straight to work. I’m industrial maintenance and I’m hard on my tools. These are holding up better than I could’ve imagined. The sockets are nice and tight and the ratchet is far better than those of a similar price point. I’ll be buying the other sets in 3/8 and 1/2 as well.

The case is the only downfall but it’s hard to find a good socket set that has a great case these days

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this about 2 weeks ago and was excited to try it out. First off I noticed the ratchet was squared with rounded edges. The squareness gave it just a little more bulk so it made it very comfortable in my hands as I tried it on everything I could think of. Has a very smooth ratchet system and utilizes a smaller degree swing arc between teeth which makes it excellent tool in very tight spaces. I highly recommend this set. I will be purchasing the larger drive ratchets for my use!

The thing that sold me on this set is the longer handle and included 3 in extension which makes it a great value. I used it to assemble a skateboard but will also use it to work on small engines etc. Compared to my similar craftsman set I prefer this one as the handle on the ratchet is longer and the included extension is longer making it much more useful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfectly sized set for convenient storage and to quickly grab for small projects. Hard shell carry case keeps everything secure and organized so your sockets are always where you need them to be. Works well for small jobs with easy access and on bolts that are not super tight or rusted. I did have some difficulty of extremely tight bolts since the socket handle is both short and bare metal I had trouble getting much leverage and when I did, my hands would sometimes slip off the grip area. But, since those tougher jobs are better completed with a 1/2" drive, it really isn't an issue.

The case is very rugged ,it tightly closes and it seems waterproof too. I would recommend this product to my friends !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a decent set. It feels great in the hand and I love that it goes to 9/16. The handle is long enough on the ratchet to get some leverage. However there are a couple of things I have issues with. First is that it seems to skip teeth when you put some force behind it. So maybe the handle is a bit too long or the gears need to be more stout. Second is more of a personal preference but the case has too much wasted space in it. What I mean by that is that the case is too big for what’s in it. It could use to be packaged more tightly so it doesn’t take up as much room. Small sets like this are nice but with the size of this case I tend to reach for my other more compact set.

Sure hold button keeps extensions and sockets in place. I feel now I need to purchase the metric kit as well. I’m sold on Crescent

The ratchet works great, and is perfect for tight spaces due to the high tooth count requiring minimum movement to get another bite. I was working on my truck over the weekend in a hard to get to space, this tool set is just what I needed.
