A: Hi Crest Team. Some have more sensitivity and need to know the percentage of hydrogen peroxide. Your ingredients are on the box and not proprietary. You have to disclose it. Opalescence has 10% & 15%.

A: Mine was not part of a promotion. I recommend these - at least one kit every 6 months if you drink coffee. They are quite gentle, though.

This is my first time using these strips, and so far, I really like them! I have used 5 strips, but I use them every other say to avoid sensitivity, and that has seemed to work for me. My teeth are noticeably brighter, and it has been pointed out by a few different people, so I'm certain they're working, and I haven't even finished the 18 treatments yet! The results had been inconsistent. Sometimes it whitened everything and sometimes it whitened my teeth in certain spots but it looked a little spotty. After putting it on, my teeth were definitely sensitive.

Please know, our products are thoroughly evaluated to ensure they're safe to use as directed, and that they reach you in top condition. Some users may be more prone to sensitivity than others and, as with any teeth whitening product containing peroxide, sensitivity or soreness may temporarily develop when using 3D White Whitestrips. This isn't harmful. The irritation is temporary and will subside, and there are steps you can take to reduce/eliminate this sensitivity. It is okay to use 3D White Whitestrips over a longer period of time by waiting a day between applications, or alternating between using an upper and lower strip. Doing so will cause whitening to take longer, but will not cause a change in the overall whitening effect. The white spots can be caused by a loss of water from the tooth enamel. This water loss is not harmful and the spots will go away within a few days. So that we can help you further, please give us a call at (800) 395-8423.

These work great when you leave them on for an hour everyday. I have not had any teeth sensitivity. However, the whitening does not last years unfortunately. They are quite pricey so I recommend a different brand unless you do not mind the price tag.

Please don’t get an expensive treatment at the dentist..Save your money and get this. I bought these thinking they wouldn’t work. But, it actually did. I went to my dentist recently and he made a comment on how white and beautiful my teeth were. So, now I use these when my teeth are becoming stained and yellow again. Don’t think about getting this. Just get it!

I remember testing creat whitestrips over ten years ago, and not recalling much an an effect, or staying power. The product has GREATLY improved since those days. I am a coffee and tea drinker from the PNW, and my teeth get ALL the fun staining drink time they could ever want. I brush and floss twice a day (no cavities!), but this cannot beat back the tide of staining from the tannins and other compounds in my favorite beverages. The first thing I noticed was how grippy the strips were!! I dried my teeth with a towel before applying the strips just in case, and they held tight for the 45m-1hr I had them on. The first night after using them, I woke up with super sore teeth, so I cut back to using them once every other or every 3 days. This greatly helped with the soreness. After three uses, my teeth are noticeably whiter, like super noticeable. I don't like the teeth sensitivity, but it's temporary, manageable, and inevitable with the use of any teeth whitening- at home or professional. This is a super affordable way to see real results, and I like that you can pace it yourself. If my teeth get sore, I don't leave them on as long or use the straps as frequently, and that has worked for me. Everyone's experience will probably vary, and I DO have an exceptional pain tolerance (it's a ginger thing). I'm happy with the results!
