Crest Scoop damages gums and oral mucosa
I tried Crest complete+Scoop some years ago but I had to return the product because it was so harsh on my oral mucosa and gums. I was under impression that Crest toothpastes are better than others. I recently bought the same toothpaste thinking it might have improved the issues but it didn’t. My dentist suggested me to discontinue using it. Wondering why they can’t just make it less harsh (less whitening bleach) so that it doesn’t damage the gums and oral mucosa. Also, the tube itself is not conveniently designed for sitting upright like other brands.

More air than toothpaste.
Why does the tube now contain more air than toothpaste? It never used to be that way! I'm considering changing to another brand. Very disappointing! Last 4 have been this way.

The main reason for the air pockets is that the product is filled into the tube via the open crimped end, which needs to be sealed afterward. The airspace ensures that the product is not in contact with the crimp during this sealing process. No more flip top, go back to the screw on top
Crest is the only toothpaste I buy but why did you change the packaging? It’s difficult to get the past out of the flip top. Bring back the old screw on cap, less waste, the flip top makes it dry out too fast.
