Please be assured that our containers are filled by weight to ensure our consumers receive the full amount of product, but sometimes air pockets can make it seem as if the tube isn’t full. Our tubes are filled from the bottom end, which needs to be sealed afterwards. The airspace ensures that the product isn't in contact with the crimp during this sealing process. There's no air intentionally pressed into the product. We recommend squeezing the tube a few times with the cap on to get the paste up to the top of the tube.
