A: The majority of users will not experience sensitivity from 3D White Whitestrips. The whitening ingredient peroxide - the same enamel safe whitening ingredient dentists use for tooth whitening - is at a level that is in line with regulations. However, some users may be more prone to sensitivity than others and, as with any teeth whitening product containing peroxide, sensitivity or soreness may temporarily develop when using 3D White Whitestrips. The irritation is temporary and will subside, and there are steps you can take to reduce/eliminate this sensitivity. It is okay to use 3D White Whitestrips over a longer period of time by waiting a day between applications, or alternating between using an upper and lower strip. Do not brush too hard, or more than twice a day during treatment, and consider a softer toothbrush in place of a medium or hard bristled brush.

I’ve been using this for 5 days and I’m confident this will make great stocking stuffers for the family! I’m a fan of progression shots and over just a few days I have a noticeably whiter smile. Like: works really good. Doesn’t have a poor or sour taste. Easy to apply. Noticeably whiter after a single use. No sensitivity issues. Comes with a convenient holder. Dislikes: directions are pretty vague, I was afraid to close my mouth after applying. 30min seems like an eternity to me personally. The LED light doesn’t have a holder, kinda unsanitary. The substance must be put on DRY teeth and I found this to be complicated. Pricey, but worth it!!!

After using it only twice, I had someone ask me what I had done to my teeth, which is crazy. I just used it for the third time and I can totally see the difference. I wish I had known about this sooner! Also, I love that the strips are sticky and stay in place which is a huge improvement from the strips I’ve used in the past.

I love this product! I saw a difference after the first use. My teeth didn’t whiten but they started to shine. After an about a week, I saw a huge difference. My teeth were whiter and looked clean. It even kept my breath fresh through the day. I did use the product 3-4 times a day the first week and a half. After that, I used it once a day.

Definitely did not see a difference after one day or even a week as this product claims. Main issue was how to use the product and the amount of time you need to dedicate each day (~ 65 mins). After you squeeze the product on the wand you’re supposed to wait 30 minutes before you apply the LED light, but I noticed by the time I was supposed to use the LED light most of the product on my teeth was gone. And you had to do this twice a day so not as convenient as say the whitening strips.

I am very upset with this purchase. The light is NOT rechargeable and I will have to purchase another one. If I knew this I would have got the cord one you put into your phone! I also have not seen progress in my teeth.

I bought this kit and it has not made my teeth white. I also was frustrated because the light is not rechargeable and I don’t expect myself to pay everytime for a new mouth piece. I really wish I could get my money back but I had already opened it!

this product did give me tooth sensitivity, it has to be done twice a day, and must make sure mouth stays open during waiting period. I would have rather gotten the whitening strips if I would have known this was going to give me tooth sensitivity.

I purchased this at my dentist. The first time I used the light, it would not turn off for hours. I have used it two times since and it goes for hours without shutting off. I am sure the battery will run out prior to me being able to use all of the whitening product. I wrote Crest and they said I have to mail proof of purchase and get an itemized receipt from my dentist. I just wanted a new light. I am very disappointed that they can't just send me a new light since I sent them proof of purchase online.
