Cricut Maker 4 Seashell

Love the machine! Unfortunately quality control could be better. I purchased this machine for my daughter. I opted to help go through the initial set up with her and I am so glad that I did. The machine would not cut the sample project of removable vinyl. We tried several things…recutting, reseating the housing, reseating the blade in the housing, etc. Finally, I popped out the blade that came in the machine and put in a different brand new blade I had purchased as a backup for her. It then cut perfectly. While I was excited that we resolved the issue, it took time to resolve. I was disappointed to think how much worse the experience would have been with a brand new user who didn’t happen to have another blade on hand or even know that that was the potential issue. I do love the machine and its speed at cutting matted materials! I love mine and the many materials I’ve cut with it! I would definitely buy it for her again. I’d just like to see Cricut look into quality control for blades because I’m confused about how this happened.

It's noisy. I like that it curs fast, but the scoring... goes ssssooo slow. But overall, I like the Maker 4.

Connection is always a risk. Its taken me up to am hour to get the cricut to connect to print. It's so inconsistent if it will work via blue tooth or USB. Although if i do connect with the USB i have to cancel between every print because it won't eject the mat back out.

I upgraded from a Maker. The 4 is very fast! Love the matless feature for smart vinyl.

Just used my new Cricut Maker and loved how much faster it works. It is also so much quieter than previous Maker. Looking forward to getting free time to get busy and make all kids of things with it.

I am a brand new Cricut "user" and find the tutorials both from sponsored Cricut products as well as other well crafted Cricut information very useful. Having these tools has already increased my knowledge which in turn has produced some nice products. I find the set up and use of the machine a breeze!

Upgrade to original maker. Love it. It cuts so much faster and more accurate.

I love the new cricut maker 4. It’s faster and stiall does everything cricut maker 3 does. It just an excellent machine.

I am having alot of trouble with my Cricuit 4. It is very very slow. It actually works but takes a long time to start printing or cutting. I have to just start it and come back later to get my item. My Cricuit 3 started printing or cutting immediately. I gave my Cricuit 3 to my son or I would have it back working and return the Cricuit 4.

I LOVE this machine! It is awesome! So fast and slick and makes great cuts. Could not be happier!

I have a Maker and love it but this Maker 4 is so much faster. Love them both.

Positive: Goes way faster than my Maker. Negative: Doesn’t run as smoothly as my Maker and is more noisy.

I cannot believe the difference between the makers. The maker 4 cuts with such precision and so much faster it makes crafting that much more enjoyable.
