My eight year-old son bought this with his own money and is so disappointed. He loves Mark Rober and paper airplanes, so he was really excited to buy this! However, the planes hardly fly and when they do, the orange tip piece flies off half the time. We assembled it correctly (both watched the videos and followed the paper instructions), so it’s not user error. Disappointing all around! He’s better off making his own planes.

Just use your arm
This is a well marketed toy, but bad design and not packaged well. Papers were damaged and some sticking out of the container. In the end you're better off finding some paper airplane designs in a book or online, use regular paper, and just use your (or your kid's) arm to fly it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loves his new plane launcher! First the packaging is soo mysterious that you don’t know what you’re going to get inside! It’s a plastic box so you can easily store everything in there. The instructions are straight forward and once you get everything put together those planes can fly!

Great building experience for kids!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Crunchlabs airplane crunch kit was a fun activity to so with my son's. They practiced inserting bolts into a mechanism and learned how to tighten withiut overdoing it. My boys were able to put the launcher together by themselves with some light supervision from me due to the clear instructions. The packaging the kit comes in is a great storage box and doesn't take much room in their toy box. Since its easy to assemble, they can disassemble after each play time and not struggle when the next play time comes around. We love that the paper is durable enough to keep the plane flying through the air and not get too damaged when hitting the floor. Though the paper is stronger than regular notebook paper, it hasn't posed as a safety hazard. Building this airplane kit was a great learning tool for my boys.

But we had a part the ones dark blue ones that should be on the sides been send from one side , it should be right and left one and I have two right ones or two left ones it seems , so I can not really launch any planes. But appreciate the idea !

It is poor made
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is poor kits. It is not clearly instruction to follow. Parents have to help kids. Only one player play while the other has to wait. It is easily to tear. All material is made of papers which are easily tear, broken. Overall, kids only play for few times and they can’t use it anymore.

Paper airplanes revisited!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is definitely a fun one, it’s easy to assemble, and comes in a cool case. It says what it does and delivers. The materials are made to last with the exception of the paper planes but you do get several to build and fly. If you’re creative you can make your own and have unlimited use. It doesn’t have to end when the provided paper is damaged and used up. I recommend it!
