Q: The last two batches i made did not get creamy. i modified the amount of ingredients i put in, as i had more heavy whipping cream and wanted to use it all, so i changed the amounts of milk and sugar to match what it should be.

Totally pleased with this purchase. So far I have made lemon sorbet, chocolate and vanilla ice cream and smores ice cream is currently in the works. The machine and process are very easy. I have modified the recipes a bit to reduce the amount of flavoring. For example, the chocolate is way too chocolaty and i love chocolate. This has been and will continue to be used at least once a week. Keeping the freezer bowl in the freezer and ready to go makes prep easier. If you want fresh, homemade ice cream, dont hesitate to purchase. Keep in mind this does not make a huge amount at a time but is big enough for my husband and i to eat a batch for 3 or 4 days.

This made delicious ice cream in just a few minutes. I loved that the ice cream was simply made without any of the gums and fillers you would typically find in store bought ice cream. You can control the ingredients and the fat content, and we used almost all heavy whipping cream, so it was quite yummy. Fast, easy, simple and delicious! We received this as a gift and highly recommend.

I had success the first try and made a batch of chocolate sorbet. I like the size of this particular model since it's enough for my husband and me and the bowl fits in my freezer. I thought the machine would be noisy, but not at all! It's remarkably quiet.

This little machine is so easy to use and clean! Only a simple on/off switch, and you have a delicious frozen dessert in about 20 minutes! Quantity per batch is approximately 1.5 quarts max. Perfect... I love this machine!

The only issue that concerned me was whether my freezer had room for the freezing cylinder. But as the need for ice cream grows, so does the space for the cylinder. Otherwise, the Ice-21 worked marvelously. It was very easy to assemble, the instructions were no-brainers, and everything fell together quickly and succinctly. Thank you for a great product.
