Shipped only in the box it came in. Not another box to protect it. Typically I would not mind but the box was damaged. I hope the actual appliance is not damaged and works properly,

We bought this product and we’re excited to try healthier desserts but unfortunately every item in the book requires heavy cream and there weren’t better alternatives listed. I guess I should have done my own research becuase im now finding recipes online. The other thing is that we don’t always have the foresight to premake and put in the fridge the night before wanting a sweet treat. Overall we felt like it took up a lot of space and wasn’t for someone who doesn’t already make their own food a lot. So returned it.

I love ice cream, but don’t love all the sugar that’s in traditional ice cream. This has fixed my craving to have healthy ice cream. Unfortunately it fixed my craving so much that my son took this back to his college apartment when he came home for Christmas break and saw how amazing the ice cream was that I was making. So I guess now I have to buy another one. It’s easy to use an easy to clean up. You do have to plan ahead because you have to have a frozen cup of your so-called ice cream so the only bad thing is you cannot on a whim say oh I’d like some ice cream without having some frozen in the freezer.

I would have liked this better if a person didn’t have to freeze products to be used in the Creami ahead of time. I like the ability to make smaller servings ahead of time to place in the freezer. Be sure this is what you want before purchasing it.

This is such a great machine to have at home where you can make so many different desserts and control the ingredients. It’s great for making fruit ice cream and sorbets. It’s easy to assemble and easy to maintain.

My Creami machine is a year and a half old. I recently had to replace the bowl cover and mixing paddle after processing concoctions nearly every evening. These parts are available and affordable through the SharkNinja web site. I have enjoyed healthy frozen treats using low-fat yogurt and milk and protein drinks, blended fresh, canned or frozen fruits and berries. I really have used this appliance more often than any other kitchen appliance, with the exception of my microwave. If this machine wears out, I will happily replace it!

The creami is a great product and makes creating your own flavors of ice cream easy and fun, but it’ll last about 12-13 months (just a littleee past warranty) before you have to buy and new one.
