A: Thank you for your inquiry. Currently, the only line of cookware which is 18/10 stainless is the French Classic. All other current stainless-steel cookware is 18/0 which is also called Premium Stainless Steel. This means that neither performance, quality, nor appearance would be compromised in anyway. Q: The product details state that this product contains Polytetrafluoroethylene, Fluorinated Ethylene and Propylene, Perfluoroalkoxy alkane Polymer. Is that accurate? This is a stainless steel set and those chemicals are in Teflon.

New Stainless Pots & Pans
All of the pots & pans work as advertised. They look great. They are easily cleaned by hand or dishwasher. They have not scratched my glass top electric stove so fare. I really like them.

Black handles which resist heat
I bought Cuisinart cookware several years ago & absolutely love them. My set is stainless with black handles, which don’t get hot while cooking. They look now as they did when I bought them. I love to cook & they make cooking more fun. Having said that, I take care of cookwares. My granddaughters are wanting a set exactly like them, which I can’t find.

Awful quality pots
I purchased a 6 cup saucepan several months ago. I have noticed the inside bottom of the pot is developing wear of the metal and you can see black dots. I was told that you can not use metal utensils in the pot. My 58 year old Farberware pots I have been using metal all these years and still look new. I definitely would not recommend Cuisinart pots to anyone. I am so disappointed with them.

Not good
Pans stain after cooking and cannot remove. Lifetime warranty and they are making it Difficult to replace items and I don’t want this type would now prefer non stick based on this sets performance.

Miserable to cook with, even worse to clean
Handles that get uncomfortably warm Lids that don’t seem to seal well, so simmering is harder than it should be I’ve owned plenty of cookware over the years, and this is the worst set of pots and pans I’ve ever had. Save your time, your patience, and your wrists—look for a well-reviewed tri-ply stainless set, quality nonstick, or cast iron instead. Hard pass.

Poor quality stainless steel.
I love that these are stainless steel. These replaced my Target brand none-stick pot set. After the very first use, like many other reviewers write, the pots appeared to have rust spots as well as rainbow colors. Very strange. I was brought up on some quality pots (Dutch Pots), so as my family expands it’s only natural that I aim for better quality its sets with each purchase. These are not as advertised and as some reviewers write the hassle to return or reach out the manufacturer is too much as this would mean to package the pots, take them to the post office and ship them off to the manufacturer and wait on only God knows when for a solution. I am very much disappointed in this brand.

My cookware set is attractive, shiny and durable. The feature I like the best is the riveted handles. No more screwed on handles to age, decay and break off. After each usage they clean up to that polished shine. You don't have to use special cooking utensils. The heat is evenly distributed, you don't have to cook on high temperatures. The Cuisinart set we bought will last for years.

Love this cookware!
I picked this out for my Christmas gift from my husband. It had stiff competition as the cookware I was using was 45 yrs old and still performed well. I love the weight and feel of each piece. It heats evenly with the core bottom to cook foods perfectly. The only downfall I have found is the handles on some pieces get really hot. But that’s what potholders are for!! Can’t wait to add more pieces the collection.
