Love this skillet!!!
I’ve had many skillets over the years and this one is by far the best one I’ve had. The non stick surface is far better than the average out there. Also a much healthier choice because I was using so much oil or butter to keep things from sticking, with this one I’ve cut that back to almost no oil or butter. I’m very pleased with this skillet.

Great Except....
I purchased this a couple of weeks ago and I love the weight, the shape, the nonstick finish, but having trouble with the thermostat control. When I set it to the desired temp, it heats up fast, but when things start to cook it seems like the heat shuts way down? I may file a warranty claim. Cuisinart is such a respected brand, so it surprises me I'm having this issue.

Do not buy if looking for a stail steal pan
It said it was a stain steel electric skillet but it not only the outside is the the inside is nonstick not happy at all.dont buy it

Perfect size
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased our second CSK150 Cruisinart electric skillet. Absolutely love the size of the skillet; however, it's a bit heavy for a female to handle when washing the skillet. But everything else about the skillet is great.

Pretty and efficient!
This is a beautiful skillet. It heats evenly, without “hot spots.” I wish it would get a little hotter for browning chicken cutlets, but the surface is “ non stick” and cleans up easily. I needed an electric skillet to prepare for a dinner party at our summer home, but am looking forward to purchasing another for our other home!
