Cuisinart French Classic 10pc Stainless Steel Tri-Ply Cookware Set - FCT-10: Kitchen, Even-Heating, Stay-Cool Handles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They cook like a pan/pot is supposed to. They quickly and evenly. Like typical stainless steel, they clean with a little difficulty. But I will take that a little difficult to clean with the great cooking ability.

I love that this is made in France. I used it for making fudge and it worked superb!

I did a fair amount of research before deciding on a set of stainless steel pans, and these were the ones I chose. They really seem to be the best quality set I’ve found for the best price. They feel worth what I paid. I love cooking in them. They’re beautiful and the design is functional. I plan on using these for a very long time. So if you’re on the fence I highly recommended getting these.

These are truly beautiful, high quality pans. I’ve never had a set of cookware that is such a perfect combination of refined design and sturdy functionality.

Disappointed for the price paid. I made sure to follow the best practices before using: wash before using, don't cook on high, don't expose the post to brutal temperature change. Still, I am noticing a change in color, less than a month in. Also, it doesn't evenly heat. So yeah, disappointed.

Very high quality pans. We switched from non stick to stainless for health reasons. These are far heavier. We are slowly learning to cook with these. Very different experience. We are finding out that some food comes out much better ( grilled cheese)😋. Some are a challenge, like eggs. I'm sure we'll get there, just a warning it's a learning process.

I really loved the French cookware, however it took me one loop to really learn that you don’t need high heat to cook with them. Medium to low heat it’s all you need as the conductivity of the set is really amazing. I can easily cook eggs without getting sticky and steaks, rice, skillets, pasta, everything !

Excellent quality. Following the care guidelines with the cookware is essential to keeping them like new. I love cooking with my new cookware. Great product.

It’s so heavy and I have to use the mitten all the time because it turns so hot . I don’t recommend it .

Used nothing but All-Clad for 35 years. As I aged however and despite enjoying excellent health and strength I discovered that the All-Clad handle design(s) no longer suited my shifting ability to grasp them. The handles are ALL to skinny/narrow. I had a few Cuisinart pans from France and realized with a combination of joy ( I cook ALOT) and relief that these French pans are now my every day/all the time cookware. I donated away all my All-Clad and wish now that earlier in my life I had known about French Classic!

Not only this cookware wonderful to cook with and easy to clean, it is life saving. I left my home to go to work, leaving my dog at home, with chicken cooking on the stove in my Cuisinart. I did not return home for 8 hours! The stove was on medium and the pan was dry. Although yellow smoke was all over my home, my dog was safe and the pan was not destroyed, and neither was my home or dog. It is amazing cookware. I wouldn't invest in anything else!

Beautiful cookware set. We love it. I would encourage purchasers to read the pamphlet about how to cook in stainless. Especially when frying or sautéing foods.

The pans look nice. They are a nice heavy weight but I have been very disappointed about how badly eggs stick in the pans. I heat the oils in the pan first as the instructions say so that things don’t stick but it still does. Had I known that beforehand I would not have purchased them.
