My LO has been constipated since she was 9mo. She strained and cried when she wants to have a bowel movement. I tried everything and nothing works for her. I came to this and at first, it wasn’t doing anything to her at all. It was probably because I mixed it with approximately 4oz of water. Then, I reduced amount of water to 1 or 2 oz when mixed. Soon after that, she will have a bowel movement with no more straining or crying. Totally recommended.

My son has struggled with constipation since the day he was born. We have been giving him this nightly once he became old enough and what a God send. We also love this powder form since he refuses to take a pill , even a chewable one. This product can be clumpy if you try to mix it immediately into a liquid. We put it into a liquid, let it sit for 3-5 minutes and then it will dissolve completely when mixed.

Works, but it's not for people with gluten sensitivities
Not for those with gluten sensitivities. The main ingredient is wheat, and my son is allergic to gluten. I had removed all gluten from his diet, and his rashes would not go away. I eliminated this from his daily routine, and the issue resolved. This stuff works great, but it's not for people with gluten allergies. No matter what this box says.

Actually works with regularity
Potty training my son, poop wise, was a nightmare. He suffered with constipation and would poop every four days and it was rock solid poop or pebble poop. He refused to poop on the potty and would hide and only go in his pants. He would also scream if he tried to sit him on the potty. He was associating hard painful poops with the potty. Months and months of figuring by out what product works was exhausting. I decided to give this a try since I saw other reviews with similar problems of pooping on the potty. I give him one packet a day, with his yogurt. After a week he is completely regular with going every day or every other day and he’s going on the potty. Must have for picky tots
I have an extremely picky toddler so it makes it difficult to get her to consume fiber. She only drinks water or milk— no juice, so I couldn’t even get her to try apple juice or something of the sort.
