I love that I can wear it without the straps just about as well as I can with. They do crease under the weight of my chest, but with a 40H, that's to be expected a bit. It doesn't take away from the feel or look of it much. The wire on the side can be a bit painful at times when it shifts though.

I am 5’3, 260. I bought the 44DD as the triple D cup was too big/roomy. The brown is so pretty and the quality of the bra is better than anything. Its true to size if you buy from Lane Bryant, this quality on this is better and softer! The exchange was easy! Went online to my original order, clicked exchange and I printed a label. Keep EVERYTHING on the bra when you try it on because you can not return it otherwise. The exchange was processed before I took my box back to the post office. Received both items in record time 3-4 days.

I was worried it would be like other strapless bras and have me drooping, but Nooo, the band is banding!!! It was so snug that I couldn't put on like my other bras! I had to have some do it for me, and it doesn't feel tight! I even jumped up and down a few times...it stayed in place! The only con is the cup size was slightly large, but I'm keeping it.
