This is great for people like me trying to maintain muscle mass and watch sugar intake. The strawberry flavoring is a little off due to the stevia’s slightly bittersweet taste. I recommend using real strawberries instead which would greatly improve the flavor. The texture is overly thick but smooth once you stir it. It’s good for boosting protein and probiotic levels. Aside from the thickness, I would most likely buy this in the near future if it goes on sale since the price is a bit high.

The flavor was off — kind of artificial with a strange aftertaste that lingered. The texture was thick but not in a good way; it felt chalky and dry, almost like protein powder mixed into yogurt. I appreciate that it’s supposed to be healthy and high in protein, but the taste and mouthfeel made it hard to finish. Definitely not something I’d buy again.

If you need a protein boost in your day, this would be a quick and easy, inexpensive option to have on hand. The strawberry flavor is yummy and not overbearing or too artificial tasting in my opinion. I’m not super fond of the texture but it’s easy enough to look past. It’s very thick and has a slight grittiness that protein often gives. It’s not off-putting though. I’d still recommend!
