I have Crohn's disease and I'm lactose intolerant. I used to really like milk and now I can drink it again. FIT milk is the best-tasting milk I've found to date. Reducing the sugar content works very well with my workout and diet goals but honestly, I buy it for the taste. I hope Darigold continues to make FIT milk available since I'm hooked on it now.

I started buying this as a boost to my post workout shakes. Pretty quickly I have transitioned to using Fit Whole milk as a complete substitute for all my milk consumption. I have always drank milk a few times a week although I have a minor lactose intolerance. The fact that the Fit line is lactose free has been incredible.
