A: Our Dawn Platinum Powerwash with Fresh Clean Scent does have a different fragrance formulation than the former Fresh Scent version.

A: We don't currently offer an unscented version of our Dawn Powerwash Dish Spray. However, we'd be happy to let our team know that you'd be interested in this. It may be helpful to know that our Free & Clear version features our lightest scent for our Dawn Powerwash. As well, we offer our Dawn Free & Clear Fragrance-Free in our EZ-Squeeze bottle.

A: No. The Dawn Platinum Powerwash Dish Spray is a different product from the Dawn Platinum Foam. The foam is designed to be applied to your sponge or cloth when doing the dishes, while the Dish Spray is designed to spray directly onto the food soils. A: Hi Sherm thanks for taking the time to reach out to us about your Dawn Powerwash Dish Spray. To change the refill, remove the sprayer from the empty bottle by turning counter-clockwise to release. Remove and discard disposable cap from the refill bottle, again but turning counter-clockwise to unscrew. Place the sprayer on full refill bottle and give ¼ turn in a clockwise rotation to secure. Most important: Ensure dip tube and trigger are in the same direction. If you have any other questions, or if we can help further give us a call at (800) 725-3296.

A: Hi Romana. We're sorry you're having a hard time finding the refills for the Dawn Powerwash. Make sure to ask your store manager to order and stock it for you. In the meantime, we have not tested the Dawn Powerwash bottle and sprayer with regular dish soaps, so use of other products in this package is not recommended. The Dawn Powerwash sprays are all amazing. They cut through grease, grime, food, anything with ease. Spray, let sit, and its magic will clear everything away. I have and love the original fresh scent, but I also appreciate that there is this free and clear formula now too. No scents or anything irritating, but the same powerful cleaning power. This is idea for anyone who is scent sensitive, but doesn’t want to sacrifice cleaning efficiency. A little goes a long way, so this powerhouse lasts a while. And I love that the sprayers are easily refillable. Just swap out the sprayer to a new bottle!

I have bought this product several times and it’s a great product, that is until the spray portion of the bottle stops working. Sometimes it stops working before the first bottle is empty, once you buy a refill and switch the sprayer to the new bottle it rarely works. So, this no longer makes the refills a viable option and increases the expense of the product and renders remaining bottles unusable.

Must read fine print….it isn’t FREE and CLEAR! In smaller print I now see ITS LIGHT PEAR SCENT. How about Unscented scent ….that would be free and clear! I was excited to be very disappointed! Let’s just have a plane old UNSCENTED one!

I know that this product is designed to be used to clean dishes and other kitchen items but let me tell you that that's not all it's good for. I am a welder/fabricator/mechanic and I use Dawn Powerwash every day in my shop for many different things. From cleaning cutting oils and removing heavy grease to prepping metals like Aluminum and Stainless Steel for welding. I even use it as a laundry pre-cleaner to get stains out of my clothes. Please don't change a thing about this product! My only wish is that it was available in 5 gallon jugs!

I love this spray I have brought several bottles however my last few bottles have been terrible for one the top is very hard to remove to refill ..so I always have to buy the whole thing instead of just the refill. Secondly after a few sprays the bottle gets so squeezed and bent up its impossible to un-squeeze the bottle. Please fix the bottles

Thanks, Shay, for reaching out to Dawn and sharing that you've been having a problem with your Dish Spray bottles collapsing. We do apologize for this, and assure you that this isn't expected for any of our consumers. However, thanks to our Quality Team, we are aware that this can sometimes happen if your trigger isn't fully depressed. Squeeze the trigger, all the way backward to the bottle, a few times into the sink. This should allow the bottle to return to its normal state. If this doesn't help, remove the sprayer from the bottle and reconnect it. When you do, ensure that the dip tube is in the correct position when reconnecting the sprayer, and the bottom of it is in the same direction as the nozzle. To prevent the bottle from collapsing in the future, make sure to fully squeeze the trigger each time when spraying. If this doesn't help, please call us for more assistance. We're here Mondays through Fridays, from 9 AM to 6 PM, EST. Our number is 1 (800) 725-3296.

Product works ok, but the sprayer broke when the first bottle of liquid was empty, so now I have the 2 refills left and NO SPRAYER. If I wanted to use this stuff from a squeeze bottle, I'd have just bought the regular kind. Don't sell a "bundle" (of 3 bottles, in my case) with a sprayer that self-destructs before all 3 bottles of product can be used.

Product works well, smell is very chemically and irritated my nose. Worst of all is the actual trigger. So flimsy and useless. When the trigger changes I'll give it 4 and when the scent changes it's a 5 star!

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities, and we want to assure you that a temporary tickle in their nose or throat when spraying Dawn Dish Spray can happen, but it's not a health concern. To avoid this experience, use the dish spray in a well-ventilated area, away from your face. Another tip we can share is to give our Dawn Free & Clear with Light Pear scent a try. It may be the perfect option for you. Speaking of the trigger concerns you've had, be sure the yellow circle, made between the nozzle and top of the spray, is visible. The yellow circle must be lined up exactly in order for the trigger to spray easily. If the yellow circle is off, even by a little bit, it can permanently damage the trigger. Once damaged, the trigger may continue to bend even when lining up the circle. We'd be happy to talk further with you about this, call us any Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, EST. I'm in love with this product. I could not believe how well it takes greese right off your pans. The dawn platinum power wash spray just eats through stuck on food. I have even used this product on stains on my clothing. You can also clean your fridge almost anything with this! It smells good makes everything smell fresh. Safe for animals and the environment. The spray bottle is sturdy and has a long spray non of that sneezing continuously.
