Literally the best bag I’ve ever owned. I use it as my everyday work purse and then on weekends out with the kids. If I were a new mom I’d 100% get this to use as my diaper bag! So many great pockets, holds 2 water bottles. My only wish is if they had black with gold zippers so it’s more feminine- I’d buy a second one if they did.

Has lasted me 4+ years of intense use for school, work and weekly flights as a carryon! Please never stop selling this :)

I have been using this backpack daily for about five years and it’s truly perfect. I use it for work every day and it is also my personal item for all plane trips. The straps are well padded for when you stuff it full. Laptop sleeve is padded, main compartment is spacious, water bottle elastic stays strong, and I love the little softly lined sunglasses compartment. Well made and very well designed.

I have a job that requires me to carry paper materials around a large hospital campus, and bought this bag with appreciation for its many useful compartments and its good looks. Unfortunately, it only lasted me about 9 months before the padding in the straps wore out and became thin and useless. I was not overloading the bag or putting very heavy things in it, either. I’ll be going back to using sturdier brands for my work bag.

This is a great backpack for traveling especially in Europe. The international specifications for airline travel are a bit smaller than US travel. This was my personal item travel and the RFID pocket was a plus. It holds a lot and has many pockets. It fits on a suitcase with the back strap. And it’s water resistant. It’s perfect!!

I got this with a 20% off but even without I would have splurged. It’s such amazing quality; when I was looking at it in store and every compartment I was like wow. Especially the laptop cushioning. It feels high quality. I’m excited to use it this fall :)

Absolutely love this backpack! I have two. I’ve had the grey one for almost 10 years and the black one for 5 years. I’ve used the grey one all over the world while traveling and it holds a good amount of items and fits under an airplane seat as my personal item. I’ve use the black one as my primary work backpack storing my laptop and all my commuting essentials on various trains, cars, and shuttles. They both are very comfortable and hold a lot. I recommend these to anyone looking for a solid backpack.

I bought this specific for using as my “personal item” in my seat for airplane travel. It’s awesome, and I’m picky with things like this! It fits perfectly between my legs and I can even extend my legs in full if I set it sideways. It’s thin enough that I can pick it up off the floor and into my seat without disturbing seat neighbors. I love all the pockets and features. I wish there were other colors but black matches anything! I will also say; the workmanship is good but they do stand by any flaws! I actually bought this over a year ago and upon receipt noticed the zipper got slightly stuck in a spot. I used it anyway several times thinking it would buff itself out, which it didn’t (but it didn’t get worse), but with the warranty provided with the bag (1 year/5 year limited) I was able to get a free replacement over a year later. The return label was free and i sent it back in a cardboard box I had laying around, easy peasy. I made sure the item was still in stock before I returned, though, because I really wanted a replacement but would’ve kept mine with the stuck zip rather than it being out of stock and me getting credit. 10/10 service and 10/10 in design, function, and looks!

Too small for international travel

Originally bought to hopefully use for an upcoming trip and it was too small for that but would be a great every day work bag. I ended up gifting to my sister for that exact purpose and she loves it. Lots of pockets, very padded, and the taupe is a great neutral. Looks and functions very nice and was on major sale.

I absolutely love this backpack as a home health clinician. Perfect place for my tablet and tons of compartments for supplies. Super easy to keep clean. I get lots of compliments on this bag.

I needed a mobile office now that my company is back in the office half the week and this is perfect! Room for laptop, notebook, jacket, office items like pens and post-its, a handful of first aid type items, and my clutch. The material is water resistant, which was great when I had to run out in the rain!
