A: Hi there, Ddrops products maintain its potency during its shelf life if left unopened at the proper storage conditions. The expiry date represents the shelf life of the product which can be found printed on both the bottle and the package. Once you have opened your bottle of Ddrops, it must be stored upright in a cool dark place such as a drawer or kitchen cupboard. The product remains suitable for the number of doses indicated on the label. While Ddrops products have a very long shelf life, if opened after the expiry date we cannot guarantee the effectiveness and recommend you discard the product and replace it with a new bottle. A: Thank you for your enquiry. Ddrops products are made with only two-high-quality ingredients; fractionated coconut oil and a high grade vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) which has been sourced from lanolin, the oil obtained from sheep and lamb’s wool. Although the D3 in our products starts out as lanolin, the lanolin is purified and all that remains is the D3 (Cholecalciferol). There is no trace of lanolin in our products.

Genuinely confused. Is this how the product is actually sold???? Same review as someone else…..the bottle is less than half full. It doesn’t look like the package was opened, neither was the bottle of drops. Too expensive for what was given.

Hi Kal, the bottles are not filled to the very top, so they will appear to be partially full. In fact, it will contain more doses than what is listed on the package. This is for ease of use, safety and label readability. If we were to make the bottle any smaller, our customers would have a really hard time holding it as well as trying to administer it to their children. I absolutely cannot believe that they were selling an expired one on target, I just bought it last week september 17 and didn’t check the date until I came home and opened the bottle and throw the package, gave it to my daughter and noticed the expiration date is 8-2021???!!! WHY ARE THEY SELLING AN EXPIRED ONE???? I can’t even ask for refund now cause I threw the package away! Please read the expiration date before you buy this.

I wanted to try these drops because I wanted a low-ingredient vitamin D supplement that wasn't a super high dose. Having never tried this brand before I grabbed the first one off the shelf and bought it. It felt light but I heard something rattling inside the box so I figured it was just a tiny bottle. When I got home and opened it there was NO bottle in the box! Just a little instruction pamphlet. What the heck! I hope that I will be able to exchange this tomorrow!
