My daughter had trouble with ear pain due to ear wax. After the second day of use and more pressure when using the bulb the wax finally loosened and came out in pieces. Ultimately gradually increasing the force caused the wax to come out.see moreof the reviewer's review

This seems to be a safer way to get the earwax out of your ears instead of using the qtips. The stuff foams up in your ear and "cleans" it out.
