I seen no issue other then a little leakage if to much liquid so do have to pay attention. I used them for overnight while in my period and it definitely worked better than a pad.

She wears a size forty-eight waist and these fit her perfectly. They are not bulky which is a plus. The material is very soft and absorbing which she says is very comfortable. The twelve hour protection is a plus. It held her urine overnight with no leaks. The absorbing core material also keeps her dry which is excellent. Also, I like the fact that the odor was very controlled with the material this product is made from. It is unlike other incontinence underwear that we have tried in the past. These small adult diapers fit up to size 8. I usually wear a size small in pants and these fit well. The elastic waist band is well made and helps to prevent back leakage. The leg opening is fitting as well. Because it is quite elastic and roomy, ladies with a fuller hip will fit in just fine. The material is quite thick and a absorbent, which makes me feel protected overnight. The material overall is soft and comfortable.
