A: We're happy to help. Depend Real Fit have a printed rectangle or label on the inside of the waist band to indicate the back of the underwear. The longer pad is meant to be worn toward the front, since they are bladder leak underwear and designed for urine. Hope this helps.

Trying them on, they felt less like a diaper and more like underwear, which I’m assuming would make them more comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. They also feel very strong, like they would not rip or tear easily. However, they do still have a substantial pad so I assume they are still very absorbent. I think they are worth a buy if you need something like this!
