For heavier bladder leaks or surges, use Depend Incontinence Guards for Men. Depend adult incontinence products are FSA-eligible in the U.S. and always ship in a discreet box.

These were perfect for that, slim comfortable fit while still getting the job done well. My wife even used one of the extras in a pinch and mentioned they were surprisingly comfortable. Would definitely get again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dry shield is excellent at neutralizing odors while absorbing your urine. You will feel dry instantly and it can hold a good amount of urine. Its soft to the touch and doesn't even feel like you're wearing it. You can't even tell that you're wearing one which means that nobody will know that you are using them. As for myself, they fit really well from top to bottom without bunching up. I do wish they used a little better adhesive because sometimes they will come loose when pulling down and up your underwear.

I think the fit is perfect and it does not have any odor to it as it absorbs everything without it getting big or out of control. I would recommend this product if you need it to absorb while maintaining comfortability.
